PROGESTERONE CREAM contains 1000 mg. Progesterone Crystals, Emu Oil, Dimethylsulfoxide and Vitamin E. Progesterone is non-effective when taken as a tablet, but it is very well absorbed through the skin; so it works especially well in a cream.

"Progesterone cream is sometimes used in hormone replacement therapy and for treating menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes. Topical progesterone is also used for treating or preventing certain allergies in which hormones play a role; and for treating bloating, breast tenderness, decreased sex drive, depression, fatigue, lumpy (fibrocystic) breasts, headaches, low blood sugar, increased blood clotting, infertility, irritability, memory loss, miscarriages, brittle bones (osteoporosis), bone loss in younger women, symptoms of PMS, thyroid problems, “foggy thinking,” uterine cancer, uterine fibroids, water retention, weight gain, and vaginal irritation (vulval lichen sclerosis)."

SUGGESTED USE
Approximately ˝ teaspoonful is the recommended daily dose. When using this topical application, it is best to rotate areas so that the receptors do not become overloaded.

For instance:
  • Day 1: Apply to left arm on under surface from elbow to armpit
  • Day 2: Apply on left side from underarm to level of navel
  • Day 3: Apply on frontal surface of abdomen beneath navel
  • Day 4: Apply on left inner thigh
  • Day 5: Apply on right inner thigh
  • Day 6: Apply on sight side from underarm to level of navel
  • Day 7: Apply on right arm on under surface from elbow to armpit
It is not important to follow this example exactly. The main point is vary the location from day to day and to select delicate areas that will facilitate the best absorption, like the underside of the upper arm, the inner thigh, the lower belly and the side of the rib cage. To relieve breast tenderness, you can apply directly to the breast area, but not every day. Alternate, using different locations every day, so the receptors don't get overloaded.
